Return Policy

You can return a product to Go Gear Direct any time—whether it’s because it isn’t what you expected or you just changed your mind. We want you to be thrilled with every purchase you make.

Note there are some common sense exceptions, like a product that you’ve used up or that’s performed its expected number of uses.


How To Return.

If would like to make a return, please e-mail us at Orders@GoGearDirect.com or call us at (860) 261-7004. You will be sent a return label within 24 hours via e-mail.


Return Shipping Costs.

If your Product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, return shipping is on us. For other returns, we’ll deduct the cost from your refund.

We know that some large companies offer free return shipping, and we hope someday we’re big enough to do the same. Until then, we’re working hard to keep rates as low as possible.


Refund Timing & Payment.

Once we receive the product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive a credit to your original form of payment (credit card or PayPal). If you’re returning a gift, you’ll get a gift card or store credit.


Exchanges.

We happily do free exchanges.

To make your exchange go smoothly, use our Fast Return Form. Choose "Other" as the reason for the return. Then, put the size/color/pattern you’d like in the box that appears.
