Built for Warne by California Torque Products, this tool allows the shooter to precisely tighten the hex nut to the proper torque setting of 65 in lb which is indicated when the red light is lite up and an audible beep has been heard. This tool is a must have when installing Warne's MSR and Tactical Mounts.
