Select a barrel to finish your .308 build.  All barrels feature a .750 diameter gas block journal, and come assembled with a DPMS (.308) barrel extension.  Select material, length, and barrel profile.

Set: Add Items To Your Bundle.

Next, is to assemble your bundle by scanning the different gear options. If it's a cleaning kit you're building, you may see a variety of options for brush calibers, solvents, and even cleaning pads. The gear options are shown in tiles and you simply need to click “Add to Bundle” for the items you need. Additional gear information will appear if you click the 'i' in the top left of the gear tile. Keep in mind, the more gear you select, the more you save. And as you grow the number of items in your bundle your discount will be shown in the top right of the screen. Here's how discounting works:

  • $25-$50 combined orders receive 5% off and free shipping!
  • Combined orders over $50 receive 15% off and free shipping!

Once you add the first item to your bundle, a status bar will appear at the top showing the number of items in your bundle, a button to view your bundle summary, and sum of your building discount. At the bottom of the screen, you'll see the bundle price and simply click "Add to Cart" once your bundle is built.

Product Description

You've picked from great uppers and lower for your .308 custom build.  Now is the time to outfit that bad boy with a barrel!  Select your preferred barrel material, length, and barrel profile.

All barrels feature button rifling with a twist rate of 1:10 inch, .750 diameter gas block journal, 5/8x24 muzzle threads, and come assembled with a DPMS (.308) barrel extension.  

All stainless barrels are made from 416R stainless steel, and are glass bead finished.  All 4150 CMV barrels feature a corrosion resistant QPQ finish.  


Gas port positions and port diameters:
  • 12.5" barrels feature a carbine gas port location with a port diameter of .067
  • 16" barrels feature a mid length gas port location with a port diameter of .073
  • 18" barrels feature a rifle length gas port location with a port diameter of .089
  • 20" barrels feature a rifle length gas port locaiton with a port diameter of .086
